Dear Dr Landoni!
I am writing you after my friendly discussion with dr Gottin who is observing here at Cleveland Clinic. He introduce me to the situation and opportunities in Italy and since I am from Croatia I was attracted to the notion of being closer to home and work in the great academic instituation with enthusiasm. I finished medical school in Croatia and did my anesthesia training and cardiothoracic anesthesia fellowship at Cleveland Clinic and has been on staff for past 3 years. As dr Gottin suggested I am sending you my CV in the attachement. I'll be honest to say I don't speak italian (I can probably order in restaurant since my whole family LOVE italian food) but that is something that I realize and obviously need to work on if needed. Second thing is the licening issue and visa status change that I don't have to much info about.
I am looking for a prosperous institution where I can exploit my vast experience in cardiothoracic anesthesia and TEE as well as to be a part of the team for the future achievements.
